The program explores Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) basics, such as protocols, setup, and troubleshooting, and dives into server infrastructure, emphasizing setup, management, maintenance, security, and data storage. Networking fundamentals are addressed, covering IP addressing, devices, protocols, and security, alongside a broad introduction to IT, including hardware, software, networks, cybersecurity, and IT service management. The courses include server virtualization basics, highlighting virtual server creation and resource allocation, and specialized Netsapiens training for Tier One technicians to support and troubleshoot VoIP platforms. Additionally, participants can develop expertise in Microsoft technologies, with courses on Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, and essential tools, ensuring a well-rounded education in modern tech systems.
